You know, everyone is different. Everyone has a certain skin tone, different kinds of ink were used, I myself had my Tattoo done in Germany back in the day. I know people who have had a black tattoo go into that office and come out in just under 7 sessions with it gone. If they aren't using the correct laser then I guess the places down in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica aren't using the right ones either seeing as how they all are using the same ones.
